Really, ferocity? Would it be wasted if I said I've met Asia Argento? Because I have.

I live in Knoxville, TN. Went to the store one day and saw a bunch of trucks and tents in the adjacet parking lot. Went over and asked a guy in a headset what was going on he told me they were making an Asia Argento movie.

Anyway, long story short, said I was a fan of her and her father. I guess since no one else was around and it was pretty low key, she had time to spare and came over about ten minutes later. We talked for a pretty long while, about her dad, asked who was directing the flick (it was her- its called The Heart is Deceitful...), who was scoring it- Sonic Youth, so we talked about them. Then , I assume, her kid came over with a nanny and she had to leave.

She was cool. Very nice. Very short. I guess for the role she was dolled up kinda' whoreish, bad blonde dye job and such, white trashy, so that was a little distracting.

Her dad, Dario, is an Italian horror film master, really big in the 70's, and one of her first films was one of his flicks (Trauma). I'd say she was about 5'4/5'5, which isnt shrimpy, but when you're used to seeing actors larger than life, takes you back a little. The kid was clearly hers, about 3 or 4 years old.

But they don't ground fight and kick in boxing, but they do show some style of boxing in MMA. So if you made these mythical matchup's in a Boxing setting with the elite from the HW's against the top MMA ppl you mentioned how do you see that playing out?
Boxers would murder them. Nobody in MMA has the hands of the top boxers. Nobody. But in an MMA fight, if the boxer hadn't trained takedown defense, the fight woudnt last 30 seconds. The "1 punch KO" wont happen 95% of the time. Its like Gomi (pride lightweight champ) said about fighting De la Hoya, "If we fought mma, I would take him down and beat him easily. If we boxed, he would beat me with 1 hand tied behind his back."

And boxing is a great sport with wonderful history and will never die out. MMA is growing rapidly though and is a great addition to combat sports in America.
