it was by decision, but he was staggered bad, the guy he was fighting didn't have a bad record he was 7-2 and had a good jab, he had some skills, and was just to good and hit harder then the kickboxer.

Is this the Mighty Mo bout you are referring to? Mo is no top class kickboxer, but it proves a point that K1 (the elite kickboxing organization) is not always as elite striking as some people say. I am waiting to see a world class boxer get in there and knock someone out. Granted, he would have to learn to check leg kicks or he wouldn'd make it through 2 rounds before he couldn't walk.

Good post Ferocity, on this and other board's I get sick of seeing PPL saying that they like MMA and Ultimate fighting better then boxing and it's taking over ETC. Then they go as far as to say their fighter's are superior from a head to head aspect which is crazy because I've seen nothing to lead them to say this. I'm sure you posting this is a result of some of the same jibber jabber I hear and you tryna let them know?

                Who is this guy?
                Mighty Mo? Is that him?
If so, he's not a real kickboxer. In all his time He spent in K1, He never really bothered to use his kicks. He's not even a boxer. He's just a guy who can throw bombs.
                Nothing more.

The reason why they hyped him so much was because He finished Botha in 12 or 20 seconds.

Don't forget that the WAY past prime ex kickboxer, Matt Skelton, who's got a horrible boxing technic was robbed vs Williams. and apart from that,He's not doing terribly so far either.

Here's mighty Mo vs a 175 LBS muay thai fighter.

Mo gets brutally KOED via double highkick.

I was saying gandhalf about the PPL that post these thread's and comment sayig that MMA,ULT fighting etc are surpassing boxing, and in some thread's they say they have better stamina and basicly there just BETTER. I was just asking did that have something to do with his post and did that bother him as well.
