You can hurt your back doing any kind of physical activity, dude. Even in the right form, shit happens.

What does it do for you that hitting a heavy bag or other routines are unable to achieve?

if he had a sensible trainer, i believe his career would have been ''more'' prosperous.

she was jealous of his manliness.

            It provides a different stimulus.

Atleast he accomplished his dream of being a world champion, still the man was very talented!

Had a mix of Soviet Russia comrade seel and destroy techniques with the technical style of Midwest boxing!

Very good at distance control, setting up traps, knockout power, reach, good head movement, and a quality jab!

Him vs GGG would've been great to see!
True, he was a very entertaining boxer to watch with an unorthodox style, world class skills and a defense that must have been inspired by Whitaker himself.

Generally a injury like that is a problem with disk like a spur or worn on one side or a weak body core.

Lots of guys hit tyres and never have a problem, personally I reckon you could stress the same areas in much better ways than that, same as chopping wood or carrying logs, just do full body weight training with correct form same result less injury.
