Just in case it gets to the point where the UK is accused of our infamous homecooking.

Bad judging will be discussed regardless. If Brook wins a close fight, you'll have your fans who will cry and ***** and whatever else, but who gives a damN? Whether the fight's in the UK, US or Mars.. Looking forward to this fight though.

America is one of the only places where we root against a home town fighter against a foreigner. Crabs in a bucket ass country.

I think you have a point there.
Except, Brook might very well be the Lacy, whether he is healthy or not !!!

As an American, I have no interest in visiting Sheffield as a destination whereas most big fights here are held in NYC or Vegas which are a lot more appealing

              Brook has proven his skills.

Spence is more like Lacy - his best win is over a 42 year old opponent.

I would like to know this.

What kind of testing is there for this fight?

Most important thing is we get to see both of them in the ring soon.

                  Both will be tested.

If you think Spence is another version of Lacy, more power to you. Just dont put your money on it!!

I like Spence but cant help but notice his over confidence. Too me a guy like Brook has the perfect chance to beat Spence especially at home. He's prime he's huge at 147 and will be able to get away with the holds and pot shot his way to victory like he did Porter. Spence strong but he there to be hit and

I was really not impressed watching Spence on his Olympic run he brings up. When he got in tough fight and was down he got wild and predictable and I've also seen him shaken up in a Pro fight just like Brook was...

                      "He's prime he's huge at 147" (Brook)

                      Brook 5' 9" 147 will probably weigh 162 bell time. 69" reach 30yrs
                      Spence 5' 9 1/2" 147 will be at 160 bell time. 72" reach 27 yrs.

Slight reach for Spence and might influence the fight coming from a southpaw stance but we'll see. Other than that they have no size advantages against each other.
I think this is a very good match up and both should be applauded for accepting their challenges.
Thurman vs Garcia is also to be applauded, these young men are willing and able.
Anyone crying over these bouts is not a real boxing fan.
