You know what? I believe you are right. So Floyd beat a bum since pac is so terrible. Meaningless win. Boy, 2015 really meant nothing for Floyd because we know Berto is worthless.

Seriously though what's the point of even going back & forth with any of y'all?

Floyd fans & Manny fans arguing is like a ********** and a ******** debating -- it's f**king pointless. I mean why even go in circles with you. You're set in your beliefs. Pretty much every single opponent Manny has fought is either a bum to you or was drained or shot or what the f**k ever. We get it. Somebody could type an essay refuting you but what would it matter? Would it change your opinion? F**k no, so again, what's the point. People aren't quoting you and debating it because it's a complete and utter waste of time.

Not really a big Manny fan myself. I feel like he got outboxed by JMM in their fights, and I hated that he wasted time with guys like Clottey (off a loss), Mosley (off a draw vs a can) and Margarito, at the peak of his career.

I thought Roy was most unbiased commentator that night.

He called a lot of good punches Pac landed that Lampley completely ignored.

Bernstein didn't really say or do much, he was just there for the check, kind of like what Manny and Floyd were doing that night.

or as if the fight took place yesterday.

the names i mentioned, were they not less than stellar ? the 1st 30+ guys he fought were also questionable.

im more than certain we all laugh at guys with ''questionable'' resumes....why is pac off limits (or anyone else whos popular) ? if a guy wants to roll out may resume, so be it.

Manny ain't even close to off limits, holmes. His resume has been dissected as much as any fighter's resume EVER here. I mean at least since I've been here anyway. I'll be the first one to admit that his resume is far from flawless...but ****, who's is?? Look when it's all said and done IMO it's still an unquestionably an A level resume. Flaws and all. Just like I think Floyd's resume is unquestionably A level. Now sure did each guy use things to his advantage when they both respectively became the A side in their fights with everyone else? Of course. But that's what everybody does when they reach that status.

Look...I know boxrec ain't exactly an exact science -- but their formulas are the closest, most unbiased thing we got these days when it comes to a ranking and rating system for fighters.

                  Look at Pacquiao's opponent ratings.

                  http://boxrec.com/boxer/6129

The rating system for a fighter is 1 star to five stars, with a five star fighter being the highest. Look how many five star opponents Manny has faced. Dude has fought 25 five star rated opponents. Including 18 in a row at one point.

Now take a guy like Sergio Martinez for example, who the majority of boxing fans heap tons of praise on when it comes to his career.

He fought 7 five star rated fighters in his career...total.

                  Golovkin?

                  http://boxrec.com/boxer/356831

To date Gennady, at age 36, has fought a total of 7 five star rated opponents.

                  How about Deontay Wilder?

                  http://boxrec.com/boxer/468841

Try ZERO five star rated opponents (and just two 4 star rated opponents...lol) in 38 career fights.

Floyd in comparison had nearly as many as Manny (23 five star rated opponents in total).

Seriously people who are criticizing either Manny's or Floyd's resumes are really, REALLY f**king reaching.

                    much respect.

imho (dont mean to come off as arrogant or argumentative), when a person scopes through a resume of a guy who is so loved as pac, they usually do so through loving eyes.

one was been to jail, the other hasnt. one is a do good politician, the other a boisterous egomaniac. one has a very fan friendly style, the other is (was) considered boring.

the loved guy will get benefits of a doubt
the bad guy will get as many negatives as possible

                    yin/yang

you are correct. both guys made it look easy AF (more so may) and both are 1st ballot hofers. may/manny threads are irresistible click magnets that bring out the fanboy in people (me included obviously).

                    terrible trait
