Ryabinsky won this case who's the promoter of PEDvetkin.
Wrong lawsuit! That one is for Jones who got popped and was promoted by Don King...Now King is flipping the script and GONNA win also with PEDvetkin getting popped before his fight with Stiverne.

PEDvetkin is going to be 0-2 this year in COURT cases.

I'm happy for Wilder to be honest, all the agenda driven posters still said he was ducking the cheater.
I stand by what I said, Povetkin didn't only cheat Wilder, he cheated us the fans out of history.

That was proof that this type of ruling has happened before and Ryabinski is even involved in both that old case and this new one that just popped.

Not really surprised considering Lebedev won a similar lawsuit against Jones.

I'm confused as to how this case gets heard in American court. WBC is based in Mexico, Ryabinsky won the purse bid and is based in Russia. The fight itself was in Russia. I don't see how the US has any jurisdiction over the matter.

Typically, in a contract dispute, wherever the contract originated would have jurisdiction over any disputes.
