Each boxer is different, I could see certain advantages to going with either Haymon or Arum depending on the fighter in question. Those are the clear top 2, but even then for Canelo it has worked for him being GBP's cash cow, they've helped him earn a lot of money while not having to facing the best in recent fights.

Also things change that are beyond a promoter's control. If HBO suddenly had a bigger budget it might make sense for a couple of Haymon guys to leave but right now that isn't the case. Some PBC guys could've been more active in the past 12-18 months but career suicide isn't how I'd put it, it's been the same story with some of Arum's guys.

They're okay with fighting once a year, I think.

Where would these fighters be fighting if not for Haymon?
If you had the chance to pick up the rights to a single fighter, would you rather have the contract for Gennady Golovkin or would you rather have the contract for Deontay Wilder?

Golovkin's been pushed like heck on HBO, but you can't tell me that you wouldn't take having the possible undisputed heavyweight champion under contract.

What fighter now at PBC you think has hall of fame credentials based on fights they've had under the PBC banner?
Haymon is bringing his guys along, and fair lists will have his fighters on their in due time; Mikey Garcia, the Thurman-Garcia winner (both should be on/on the cusp of such a list imo), Stevenson, Jermall Charlo, the winner of Frampton/Santa Cruz III, etc should all be in consideration, tbh.

The bias against PBC can't stand forever.
