While I believe that Kovalev did enough to win, I agree 100% with your comment. I'm sure Ward is okay with being a 5 million dollar "Coward." Poor Kovy probably netted 600K after taxes and fees.

Why a CW? He hadn't made 168 in 3 years, and his trainer said 175 is not easy. It's OK to run from a rematch of an unpopular decision I guess, but if it's contracted and only way out is to retire?

I find it funny how fan boys call out cowards who beat their guy. These pansy fanboys want these fighters to continue rematching them until their fighter wins. All the continuing crying makes Ward win even more enjoyable. First they were gloating how Ward would never step up to Kovalev's weight class, and now they are crying cause Ward is carroting the rematch from the cry babies who said Ward would never step up.
