Sorry your analogy fails. SR said they passed cause Jr was not ready for so much money lol. OTOH anybody featuring in the biggest fight in boxing is due ppvupside, right?

Are they? Is that an a official rule? Canelo is under no obligation to give anything to Golovkin (he doesn't have to fight him), he's offering a very generous $15 mil. Golovkin should accept, Canelo has other big money options, Golovkin doesn't. He has no power in these negotiations.

Irrelevant. Do you have a precedents of someone turning down 5x their highest payday for a fight? Which is what Canelo is offering Golovkin.

Can you name someone that turned down 3x their highest payday and wasn't called a duck?

If Golovkin turns down the $15 million it will be one of the biggest ducks of all time.

I can't remember when there has been a mega fight and the fighter has taken a flat fee.. Anyone know when the last time that has happened? This is a question, I'm a neutral party..

GGG should get more, but at this point in time I'm tired of waiting and just want the fight. Take the fight for us fans Gennady please.
