People said the exact same thing about Floyd in regards to Manny.

Going into a sparring session w/Jr does not prove anything, Jr's pathetic...
Last I looked their is an offer of $15,000,000 on the table but that's not enough to get GGG in the ring. Sounds to me like GGGs out pricing himself for this fight... No WAY is GGG gonna get 40% so he can quit wasting time. And Jr. Would be GGG best fight as a pro if they fought so what's that tell you einstein???

"Canelo is being smart in waiting on making the fight last a little bit longer"

Gotta love cowardness being praised by top heads of the sport (Floyd, Garcia).

The guy vacated a WBC title to avoid his mando and is receiving accolades for that move...

        That's how went boxing...

That's a good fight, because GGG is there to be found, and Nelo like it.

I think Canelo lacks stamina and workrate and will end overwhelmed despite somehow dominating GGG for most part of the fight.

That jab will worry Nelo too.

Nelo is faster than ggg, and also a good combination puncher. Brook was able to subdue gennadys workrate for a few rounds, and though he wad never in danger of being stopped, brooks punches were affecting him.

Canelo hits harder than brook, and I expect sharp counters and clean, hard combinations eventually take a toll on ggg, and canelo puts him down late.

Sorry but your equation doesn't mean sht to me.

Brook was able to, so Nelo...

                Ok right...

Brook and Canelo fights NOTHING alike.

Brook is an elusive guy with that Ingle style, uses particular angles, Nelo uses different ones.

It doesn't have to mean anytime to you, just as your opinion means little to anyone else.

I'm basing my opinion on the last fight I saw golovokin in, and brooks counters, and combination punching gave him trouble, and had him losing the fight until the stoppage, imo.

I think canelos combination punching punching, as well as his counters will do the same.

Golovokins boxing ability is overrated, hes flat-footed, and he relies on his power to eventually overwhelm opponents, and break them down...that's fine against the level of opposition he's faced in his career thus far, but canelo is younger, faster, and has a hell of a punch himself, and my opinion is that he outlands ggg more and more as the rounds go by, and that accumulation breaks golovkin down before golovkin breaks him down. Once again, just my opinion...you don't have to like it, or agree with it. I guess we'll see if the fight ever gets made.

those were his fighters. Common sense tells you how to sell fights... and Robert has always acknowledged Floyd's greatness including his family members. There are levels.

Chavez Sr. and Robert have a good relationship. Before 2016, Robert said publicly in numerous videos that Alvarez beating Golovkin would less likely. What benefit does Robert get giving Nelo props now? It's not like Robert or his family ever really gave Nelo props.

Two years have passed. Alvarez is blowing up naturally and has explosive power. Everlast gloves on a puncher that can crack gives shockwaves even if they're not flush shots. Canelo cracks man.

It's no easy walk for Golovkin. Anybody thinking that Golovkin is going to control with jabs and then assuming he lands with sequences thereafter with a faster Nelo are smoking crack. Nelo is WAY higher caliber than Golovkin's series of opponents. Jacobs is a good fight for Gennady to prepare.
