Mayweather, could be the best welterweight of all time..... nobody has ever had a better skill-set/ringIQ than Floyd Mayweather, he is fk'ing ELITE..... his technique is almost flawless and his instinctive decision-making is far beyond that of mere world-class fighters..... which is why he had no problem handling much bigger opponents
