Now that's speculation. Not that you couldn't be right. They needed a 'proper' US HW champ after all the Klitschko dominance and the Brits being ahead of them too in recent years.

Fair enough. To make my position clear: in non-violent sports, I don´t really care who´s using and who´s not, and in combat sports all I really ask for is same rules for everybody. All fighters should be under VADA or WADA year round - or no testing at all. Problem is, some fighters would be willing to risk their health (and the opponent´s) to win so I say OST for everybody.

Idk how you could ever have everyone getting the same testing with no one wanting to foot the bill like it is now. Only way to do it would be if they pass the cost on to the boxers themselves when they get their boxing license. I think the commissions are about the only entity thats even dealing with all boxers anyway. And idk how much that would increase the cost of a boxing license per year for this caliber of testing, but I suppose it'd differ from state to state, country to country depending on the number of boxers in an area & the facilities & employees to handle the testing.

I'm fine with the alphabet groups putting 24/7/365 on all the boxers in their top 10 or top 15. I hate the alphabet groups, but this appears to be a good move by alphabet groups (assuming the don't end up showing bias to certain boxers as I suspect could end up being a problem) & a change in the right direction, for once, for the sport. I think getting OST testing at the elite level (top 10, top 15) is the best we can hope for any time soon.

I´ll wait for the B sample results before commenting on case Ostarine (don´t know much about that stuff), but the Meldonium case was just a bullsiht amount of a bullsiht "PED" that gave Wilder an excuse to run for the hills and WBC took ages to give any ruling. I don´t know if there´s any conspiracy, but it´s obvious WBC prefers to have a US HW champ.. so, Pov might be "popped", but not twice.

But fair play even a guy popped for PED's deserves a defense, but there has been speculation about this guy, he got popped for a questionable substance & now he's got popped again. Maybe just maybe there is some sort of conspiracy going on with this whole thing (personally I've seen more of a thing with 3-4 fighters who've beaten Russian/Eastern Euro fighters coming up dirty post fight in that region of the country, one having gotten off cuz of how sketchy the testing guys/procedure works there), but occums razor says if it walks like a duck & it quacks like a duck...twice its a f#cking duck bro.
