So why is there a story about a never-heard-of-him-before, will-never-hear-of-him-again Russian lawmaker grandstanding and playing to the home crowd about "protecting" the PED disgrace ... yet no story about the B sample testing positive?

You have to be pretty damn ****** to keep failing drug tests. The small amounts show he's trying to beat them at least. He just not that good at it. He seems to be off by like a day or two.
