Just Rewatched Porter vs Thurman. Gave it to Porter

115-113 for Shawn Porter. I saw that Porter Manhandled Thurman all night in that fight. Thurman couldn't handle Porter's physical strength and left him himself too many times on the inside to Shawn Porter.

    Rd.1 - Thurman
    Rd.2- Porter
    Rd.3 - Porter
    Rd.4 - Thurman
    R.5 - Porter
    R.6 - Porter
    R.7 - Porter
    R.8 - Porter
    R.9 - Porter
    R.10 - Thurman
    R. 11 - Thurman
    R.12 - Thurman

Thurman was just manhandled too many times in the ropes that allowed Porter to work on the inside with body shots and upper cuts. Even though Thurman counterpunches really well, Porter smothered Thurman's work that it doesn't have much leverage.

it is very hard for me to and rewatch and score. It's almost like there is an unforeseen bias. Wish you the best, and lemme know if you watch it a third time and get a different score lol

Yup. I just laughed when the unofficial scorecard gave round 8 to Thurman when he ran like a biatch when Porter landed that body shot. Porter manhandled Thurman on the inside too many times.

Porters shots were sloppy he was hitting a lot of glove too , Thurman won 7 to 5. You can't score points from wrestling.

i thought it was a close fight and that it was going to go thurman's way because he was the champion. only saw it once. i'll have to watch it again.
