Margarito is one of my favorite fighters, I don't believe he is under rated though. Other fighters have a high regards and respect to his fighting capability that they intentionally ignore him. He is not a HYPE FIGHTER that's all.

List of over rated fighters? No they are just over HYPED.

Sam Solimon is a close second behind Santos. People get fooled by the seven or eight losses on his record. To illustrate how much he has improved since his earlier losses, one of his losses right before he went on his winning streak was to Raymond Joval by majority decision. He fought him three years later during his winning streak and beat him by scores of 120-107, 120-107, 119-108, which by the way, is a hell of a lot better than Fernando Vargas did against him.
Santos made weight but then came in at a huge 170 lbs

I had Tonio winning slightly but clearly. I would call it a bad hometown decision. One judge had it 87-84 for Santos & i think he must have been paid off, because there is no way that he won by that much.

that's what this Carolina guy doesn't understand. He's being brought up at the right pace. The fighter you mention up above is erfect example of being rushed. Take a look at Hatton he stepped up in opposition when he fought Tszyu and had 39 fights under his belt. Arum brought DLH up at a great pace and we all know what DLH means to the sport right now.
