good to know that every judge and laywer on the planet are perfect and never get anything wrong. Except our entire judicial system is built on the idea of arguing opposite interpretations, so 1 side or the other will always lose. Does that make them dumb?
That being said, I dont entirely disagree with the judge on this issue of whether or not GBP was injured by Haymons conduct. GBP couldnt prove they were actually injured by Haymons conduct, ergo their lawsuit got bounced. But that doesnt change the underlying facts, and the only "remedy" at this point is for the Justice Dept to take a look at it, which is unlikely, as they have never filed a single Ali Act complaint in the history of the Act. I guess that must mean that nobody has ever violated the Act, because judges and lawyers are never wrong.
