He's more marketable than anyone else. Good looking White faces, with a story, who can knock people out, and Know how to talk to the media, are marketable.
That's extremely rare in this sport, boxing Is filled with dudes who can't speak English, and the guys who can speak English talk like Chad Dawson. These guys don't have any real star potential. Conlan does....
Why do you think after all these years, all these fighters Haymon hasn't built any stars? They aren't marketable, you can't sell them to the American public.

Mcgregor didn't become a star until he came to America, he makes his money here, he gets his views here, the media here is what built him up, and it was an American promoter who did it.
He's an American star no matter what dumb fcking semantics you try to play with.

Easy sell lol. Like I said earlier the only things he gots going for him is what you think is all that matters. History tells me US fans aren't quick to lift up non-latino foreigners who weigh less then their 20 year old non-obese daughter.
