Joe Calzaghe in today's LHW division.

How would he do against the likes of Ward, Kovalev, and Stevenson?

I think Calzaghe would be a bad match-up for Ward stylistically. Too much workrate.

One handed fighter Stevenson would get Lacy'd. He would get it the worst.

Calzaghe was awkward, had good speed, and threw in volume.

That spells poison for a counter-puncher like Stevenson.

Calzaghe probably wins all three because of work rate. I've met him in real life and he's alot larger framed than you'd expect too.

                    Destroyed, 0 chance.

Kessler landed 47% of his punches against JC. Replace Kessler's name with Kovalev, Beterbiev, Bivol, Shabranskyy, Barrera (even he did better vs Ward) , etc. what is the result?

The top 3 most dangerous punchers JC has faced were Kessler (71% ko ratio), Lacy (53% ko ratio), followed by guys you've never heard of in the low 60% range.

                    Kovalev-81%
                    Stevenson-79%
                    Beterbiev-100%
                    Smith-79%
                    Bivol-75%
                    Gvozdyk-79%
                    etc. etc.

Can the guy getting dropped by Hopkins-RJJ, 48% and 63% respectively, the guy getting rocked by Mitchell-Bika, take a LHW punch? I don't see it. JC was great at managing distance but easily hit. He never took any chances against legit power punchers, it's simply a fact.
