If you want to say Floyd didn't beat any all time great welterweights, fair enough, but you have to realize Floyd was slightly past prime by the time he reached welterweight and light middleweight while Leonard began his career there. So Leonard was in his absolute prime at welterweight while Floyd was not. Leonard has the better prime names at welterweight but Floyd had the better title run at that weight class and it's not even his best weight class.
Duran was a great fighter but he was not that great at the higher weight classes. We can't forget him saying 'no mas" or him getting knocked out stiff at the higher weight classes. Leonard lost to an all time great light weight not an all time great welterweight in Duran and for that he loses some points.
I get it, you likely grew up in the 80s so you hold that era dear to your heart. But don't overrate the fighters of the past just because of your nostalgic feelings.

Cotto - good win, but I wouldn't consider Cotto an all-time great, and was already ko'd twice before Floyd fought him, which takes away tremendously
Canelo - great win for Floyd, jusy is still out in terms of all-time greatness, but if he could pull it off it would be a feather in Floyd's cap

I don't want to hear about Floyd's title runs, how many paper champs he beat, how he was out of his prime @ ww, how many Bugatti's he drives, just give me 1 name that trumps Benitez and Hearns status wise and we good to go.

You said Floyd beat more champions, I said cool
You said Floyd is undefeated spanning 5 Divisions, I said cool.
You prefer Floyd having an undefeated run @ ww to B and C level paper champs past his prime (lets just call it what it is), to Srl's welter run having wins on 1 prime top ten all-time great in Hearns, 1 HOF Lineal welter in Benitez, but dropping a decision to a not so great welter in Duran even though he beat him in a rematch, I said cool
All I asked for was 1 name that Floyd beat over the 5 divisions he's fought at that ranks higher than any of Sugar's prime elite atg wins.
Crickets every f**king time.
So what the problem or the excuse now.

But he has wins overall that are better than Ray when looking at the entire resume .
Dont you understand a resume is body of work, its a combination of many things.
Go and look at Hector Camachos resume its better than both if you wanna talk names lol .
