I think the fellas Jack would struggle with most are not the fellas mostly thought of as great HWs at the moment.
Usyk has more support than Wilder did but still less support than Fury, but Usyk works Dempsey something horrible while Fury gets worked by Dempsey ****ing horribly. IMO.
Wilder with a better chin would be a nightmare for Dempsey.
Usyk is a nightmare for Dempsey without needing a special chin, which, he may well have. Usyk's probably my favorite current HW for beating up Jack.
Fury is definitely more respected, but Fury has nothing for Jack. Unless Tyson does to Dempsey as he did to Wilder, changes his whole approach, then he has **** all for Jack. Jack Dempsey will make that size a disadvantage in seconds.
Joshua's in an even worse ship. Jack Dempsey simply ****s him up. You need a whole different Josh for Joshua to be a threat.
Whyte, Ruiz, Wallin, Ortiz, Parker, Joyce, Hrgovic, Martin, Zhang, and DDD all need to show me something else for me to think they've any chance at all.
Yoka, Hunter, and Hughie do better than most would expect actually. Better, being key to the claim, Jack definitely beats them, imo, but they'd do better than Fury even though Fury's the better modern HW.
Kind of styles makes fights but also eras make styles. If Fury was trained for 20 rounds and no neutrals and **** like that he'd have a better shot against Dempsey. Some dudes, like Usyk, you can keep at 12 rounds and say yeah but does he need 13+ or can he tire Dempsey in 12? Usyk might can tire Jack in 12 so he's no threat in the later historical rounds. Or conversely, if Jack is out*****g for 12 instead of later historical rounds can he tire Fury or Usyk more easily? Fury of course, so Usyk's the challenge.
To be clear, I favor Dempsey over all, I just think guys who look good atm would not look good with olden styles in this mix no matter which part of time you go mixing them.
