SHT man PAc is getting KILLED by the media for wanting $20mil. You can cry ALL day long but if GGG doesn't give then he only has himself to blame... He can stick paying his mandatories $500K and be content. And you can hate all you want on the Chavez Jr. fight just remember it will sell more PPV's than Jacobs/GGG AND Chavez KO'd Andy Lee who is currently in the Top $5 of that SHT division. 165lb is more than GGG has EVER moved up.
while I understand your argument, there's a complete other side to this. Canelo also doesn't sell more ppvs with anyone available to him more than he would with ggg. Similar to when Oscar fought tito. Tito wasn't an established ppv star but Oscar's biggest ppv up to that point was with tito and they set a non heavyweight ppv record that stood for yrs. This is is a similar situation now. Ggg obviously has a following as he has sold out arenas in NY, la and in the UK. He isn't the A side but deserves some ppv cut. Not offering one is a cheap way to avoid the fight while trying to save face. Similar to when Floyd offered Manny a flat fee and then Manny wound up making 5 times as much. It's not to that same level but a similar scenario because this fight can do around a mil in buys. As far as Chavez beating Andy Lee, how many yrs ago was that? Chavez Jr hasn't won a meaningful fight since then so fighting him is similar to the khan fight, it's a lame money grab. If that's what he wants to do then fine, but don't do that and then claim to be the best fighter in the world.

IDK??? Comparing Tito and Manny is a lil bit much! But even you know they all agreed to be the B-Side one time or another. In fact Canelo didn't make jack sht close to $15,000,000 against Floyd???

Why not just take the $$$$ and KO Canelo if it's that easy and then YOU be the A-Side??? I guaran F' TEE GGG will be on ESPN SPORTCENTER for WEEKS if he KO's CanYellow!!!! You know this soo don't be SILLY!

Is GGG protecting his 0??? I think his team is and that's why fights with him are soooo difficult to make??? Jacobs and him wasted months over like $500K difference??? And he could of already had Saunders Belt if they actually negotiated. 1 said $2 the other $4 million... Why not settle in the middle??? I thought he just figths and isn't about the businesses or $$$???? Again you know damn well he about the $$$$$$!

That'll be bad news bears if Canelo chooses not to fight GGG this year. Bad for boxing all around.

Lara is a skilled boxer. Lara takes no chances and tries to use his skills and talents to outclass his opponents in a tactical chess match. Lara is not fan friendly to most and doesn't generate revenue. Both Canelo and GGG have fan-friendly styles and generate revenue. The economics and entertainment of the sport mean that guys like Lara need to take advantage of their chances when they fight the Canelos and GGGs of the sport. If I am a fighter like GGG or Canelo, why would I give a guy like Lara a shot or second shot when they bore the fans and try to steal fights when its the A-side's blood and guts that bring the dollar? Much like guys of Rigo's ilk. Fighters like Ward, Gatti, Soto-Karass and even Emmanuel Augustus could lose and get shots because the fans love to watch them and they entertain. It may not be fair but thats the realities of the sport.

Why not bring that sht up WAY in advance??? They waited WELL after the fight was agreed upon! Do you need me to provide links for that???
Lol you're a joke. You don't think this 165 Canelo fight will have a 1m per lb penalty? Guess not, cause you're clueless. It wasn't an overweight penalty that killed the fight, Chavez offered another excuse for the duck, dumbfcuk

DLH wont allow it and Canelo knows better than to fight Lara again. I do believe Lara won, but I'd like to see Lara move a little less in a rematch. Hope it happens again but I'm doubtful.

And going from at least $7,000,000 to $2,000,000 because Chavez wouldn't sign Bob's notorious extensions is what killed the fight you dumb ***!! Damn your ******.
