Did Mayweather Impose USADA So He Can Cheat But His Opponents Can't? *Facts only*

The language in the contract about positive tests being hushed up didn't come from the Mayweather camp.
Mr. Hauser fails to specifically identify any provisions in the Testing Agreement that conflict with USADA’s statement that our professional boxing testing programs are in accordance with the WADA International Standards.
In addition, Mr. Hauser’s statement that Floyd Mayweather received a TUE granted under standards different than the WADA International Standard for The****utic Use Exemptions (ISTUE) is false. The TUE Committee which granted a retroactive TUE to Mr. Mayweather relied upon the WADA ISTUE.
Moreover, the Mayweather v Pacquiao testing program was the first time that the language contained in Paragraph 30 was ever included in a USADA professional boxing Testing Agreement. The language was added at the insistence of Mr. Pacquiao’s representatives.

The question should be why was it used. The panel that grants TUE's came to the conclusion it was for medical reasons. Which means Mayweather is cleared and ******s like you are left making conspiracy theories.Comment

Yeah, he "broke" the USADA protocol with the permission of USADA with a USADA DCO right in the room when he was recieving the IVs, a DCO who took samples before AND after the IVs.
Again, none of these accusers can explain how all his tests (before and after alleged IV masking) came back clean.
None of these accusers can explain how all his testing is in correspondence with the Athlete Biological Profile Floyd has has since 2010.
None of these accusers can explain how USADA would take down a popular athlete like Lance Armstrong (who, by the way with access to plenty of money to pay folks off, was unable to bribe USADA) but would protect one of the most infamous and hated athletes in the last half century.
He is clean folks. It's the only conclusion any logical person can make, like it or not.Comment

With all the documentation that exists otherwise, you still think he cheated?
SMH
And, I just showed you where the language about hiding test results came from Pac's camp.
No comment on that?
Here's more from the same source:
This is wrong. USADA agreed to the request from Mr. Pacquiao’s
representatives that USADA provide mutual notification to both
fighters upon the approval of a TUE; however, no limitation was
imposed concerning the processing or approval process for retroactive
TUE applications.
Furthermore, neither Mr. Mayweather nor his representatives were
involved in the negotiations between USADA and Mr. Pacquiao’s
representatives regarding the revisions to the Testing Agreement.
Once USADA and Mr. Pacquiao’s representatives settled on the
revised contract language, it was sent to Mr. Mayweather’s
representatives for their review and comment. No changes were
requested by Mr. Mayweather’s representatives and the Testing
Agreement was finalized and fully executed without further revision.Last edited by koolkc107; 01-09-2017, 11:28 AM.Comment

...There’s one significant correction in it that I accept. Prior to USADA’s September 17 statement, it was widely believed that its doping control officer went to Mayweather’s Las Vegas home to conduct an unannounced drug test and found evidence of an IV being administered to Mayweather. USADA maintains – and I will accept - that “Mr. Mayweather declared the infusion in advance to the USADA DCO.”...Comment
