Mayweather was illegally rehydrated with 750ml IV. The same illegal procedure that got BJ Penn banned from MMA competition due to the fact that IV rehydration waters down PED levels.

So due to the fact Mayweather wasn't penalized for the MayPac farce then we can only assume USADA condones Mayweather's cheating. Meanwhile they are strict by the book against all others like BJ Penn.


So in either scenerio, Mayweather illegally rehydrated for Performance Enhancing purposes OR he was using IV to dillute his PED usage.
