The problem with you and folks that think like you is that you want fighters like Manny and GGG to viewed as elites. But, you don't wanna hold them to elite standards. Is Vargas a terrible fight for Manny? Not on the surface. Is he terrible when you consider the fact that Manny had just outclassed the guy that had just outclassed Vargas? Yep. Same goes for GGG. Is Jacobs a terrible opponent? Nope. Is he terrible when he's probably the best opponent GGG, who some claim is the #1 P4P fighter in the world, has ever faced? Its actually beyond pathetic. And you can stop with the "#2 MW in the world" nonsense. Being #2 in a ****ty division doesn't make you a good fighter. Postol was, and still is the #2 140lber in the world. You're not massaging Crawford's ballz for beating him. And Postol us probably a better "#2 guy in the division" than Jacobs is.

Why people keep ignoring Manny and Freddy Roach's strategy of draining fighters, looking for plodding fighters, non-power punching fighters and slow fighters? This has been going on for a long time. Honestly, this why i just can't give Manny any credit. I can't overlook many of the circumstances surrounding is opponents.

Absolutely pathetic fight. Both Arum and Pac are a disgrace for going this route.

It makes zero sense on any level and is complete mismanagement because the numbers are going to decline even further, so god knows who they are going to fight next to make the numbers work. To be left with Horn and Burns as the only options is really quite extraordinary.
