No announcement yet.
If golovkins such an overrated hype job then why is nobody giving jacobs a chance?

He's got nothing. Canelo has proven nothing other than the fact that if put in the position to unify against the undisputed champion of a division, he will drop the belt like a pair of pants and head for the hills.

GGG gets love from Americans and the US media.
Stop crying and be glad....GGG is getting a pass.
Look at that comedy skit of a resume he has...NOBODY calls that old f@g out.
Ggg is a likeable guy with a likeable style but he has more haters in the boxing world (you're one) then anyone else in the game just like Floyd did and that only means he's on top.

If Golovkin comes off a win, his opponent musta been all hype or over the hill.
If Golovkin ever loses, he wasn't for real.
Bottom line is both are solid fighters but Golovkin is levels above him and most everyone else.
Golovkin haters know the storm is coming and they can't do anything to stop it so they sit in denial/cope mode until their hero gets decapitated and they can find a new scrotum to latch on to.
If Ward and GGG ever meet at a catch or 168 I won't hear anyone telling me how shyt Golovkin really was when Ward trounces his ass.

I don't even want Canelo/GGG to be honest, from a fight perspective.
I don't give Canelo a chance at all. I think it's a good fight because Canelo is well known and it would be another name on the resume and a good payday, as well as exposure, but a challenge? I don't think you understand how LOW I have rated Canelo and for how long.
LITERALLY the only reason I see him on p4p lists is because of his popularity imo, it sure isn't his skillset, I could name many fighters I consider much more polished, impressive, well rounded, and flat out better, p4p.
Canelo/GGG would be satsifying in the way Floyd/Manny was satisfying, in that "lets get this crap over with and then go feed crow to the nuthuggers and have a good time" sort of way, not in an "oh my gosh what's going to happen on fight night" way.

GGG would put a beating so severe on Canelo it would have lasting reprucussians and damage Canelo's career going forward likely shaving 4-5 good years off his career too. Saunders, Eubanks and Jacobs versus Canelo or each other excluding GGG and I think we have exciting pick em fights, maybe not so much on Saunders last outing but he looked tough against Lee, he has talent not so much as the others but he is a solid addition to what I perceive the A class of 160 right now.
I want GGG to move up, challenge himself and achieve what he has the last 3-4 years in another weight class, which I honestly believe he would clear the decks at 168, hence my frustration he continues to linger at 160, their are money fights at 168 ppv in UK for DeGale and Zurdo in the States, then ultimately a possible catch weight with Ward somewhere between 168-172 I suppose.
