I never said the IBO was a joke. I simply said it's not recognized by the boxing industry as a world championship. I agree the WBO is a joke. I personally don't recognize the WBO, but the sport of boxing does.

Some big names have held the WBU, WBF, etc titles as well. Doesn't mean they are recognized world championships.

The WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO all recognize each other and nobody else.

But the WBF and the WBU have been won when fighters were wayyyy passed prime and fighting at a ridiculous age...like Camacho when he got old...for example..fighters in their primes hold the IBO and I am a big enough boxing to know that the IBO is not part of the big 4...but that has to do with politics and money.

In fairness this is Eddie Hearn & his dad we are talking about. I mean I bet more people in the boxing world than Eubank Sr would like to receive a fee for hanging with them socially, they just lack the boldness & balls to say it openly unlike Mr. English. There's the Hearn's ego showing through again, he thinks if it wasn't for them they wouldn't be successful. As though his dad didn't make money off Eubank and was just helping him out of the goodness of his heart. Barry and Eddie Hearn are 2 dodgy bastards. Other people do PPV it means less PPV money for them.

It was funny when Kugan in the IFL TV interview said Eddie collects 20% I think from PPV/fights.
