I've been in a street fight where I stood there for the first few times I got hit because the adrenaline didn't let me feel the pain and I was assessing the situation as it was happening (looking at the rest of his crew that had weapons etc). I didn't fall down, but it bought me a few seconds of "wtf?" reactions and the attacker kind of took a step back.
In this case, I don't know anything about that guy and he might just be slow to react or dazed, or drunk.
Me though i'm an analytic person and I have a boxing and military background so I am processing information as an altercation progresses differently than others most likely.
The video seemed kind of in slow motion it seemed but in real time you don't have that long to react between punches either especially if they are snapping your head back.
