Who are your favorite bare knuckled boxers?

My friend LoadsofWraps inspired me to make this thread after seeing his about Jefferies and then I started thinking of John L Sullivan and it snowballed. So thanks for that. Alright who are your favorite old school bare knuckled boxers? That bare knuckled John L Sullivan led era is my favorite in boxing history. Along with John L Sullivan here's some of my other favorites.

    John L. Sullivan

    James J. Corbett

    Peter Jackson

    Jack Dempsey

      You pick some tough guys.
      I will add:
Stanley Ketchel: Caught boxing because he was a great street fighter, people said that he was an animal in and outside the ring, probably mental issues.
Chuck Wiggins: Jack Dempsey called him the toughest street fighter he ever saw, was arrested because he cleaned a bar, then he beat 5 police officers then he beat everyone in his cell, they took him to solitary confinement.
Jimmy Wilde: Used to beat guys literally twice his size in the coal mines.
Roberto Duran: It's been said that in the streets of Panama, Duran hospitalized 3 guys that said something to his girl, i also heard the he once went crazy and started beating up everyone in the gym.
Edwin Valero: It's been said that he used to fight adults as a 15 year old in the streets of Venezuela.
      You can't teach toughness.

People too often forget how big of a pop culture icon Kimbo was. There was a time when just about everyone had seen those videos on YouTube.

                Jem Mace

                Choyinsky

                Two guys who were technicians.

Daniel Mendoza another technician who was able to fight much bigger guys

James Figg deserves credit for creating a way for individuals to settle a matter with no swords. Boxing, as much as it gave individuals fat lips and broken hands, was better than a fatal wound. Unfortunately, unlike Samurai arts which devised a system of wooden swords and of demonstrating superiority without having to resort to blood shed, the fencing schools were stabbers...a stab cannot be a half hearted attack and many people died in duels over ****** matters. The Marquis De queensbury did the rest!
