What's so fundamentally different about training and nutrition from then to now?

do you guys think this will be a good fight. I know Haye was a cruiserweight for a long time but it seems Bellew shouldnt be moving up to heavyweight. Is this a fight people are excited about? I knew the **** talking adds some hype

Muhammad Ali... I think you get the picture.

So this is what you have to look like in order to have a good steroid free body? Anyone with a more muscular physique must be a cheater, huh?

Why not except the fact that people/athletes have different body types.

Everybody seems to be sleeping on Bellew for being too small but Haye hasn't looked too good lately. The Brits should be excited since this has been long awaited.

Yeah because gaining 15lb of lean mass in 10 years is just not possible without roids.

Lol i look in pretty similar shape to them and I work out 4-5 times a week for about an hour, and work a full time job, with pretty average nutrition.

Someone like a david haye has perfect nutrition and nothing to do but train.

I think his physique is very possible natural.

We don't think meat, potatos and gravy is the height of nutrition?

Well said. Great things can be achieved physically when your entire day revolves around training, eating and recovering.

People talking about gym bodies and all that..pretty much irrelevant. David Haye doesn't have to train after doing his office 9-5. His training is his 9-5.
