Two serious issues with that, for one Brook is an all around better fighter than Jacobs. Second and most importantly, Golovkin is gonna respect you like the big MW that you are, that was not the case against Brook.

Brook is easily a more complete fighter. He is a better boxer than Golovkin, he just wasn't big enough - and he definitely has better footwork, better punch selection than Jacobs. A true 160 Brook would be a nightmare for most MW fighters in the current poor MW div.

I think what is clear is that Lil g cannot be as defensively irresponsible with Jacobs as he was with Brook.

He has to fight like he did against Murray and Lemieux, and not like he did against Monroe and Brook.

If Danny throws and lands in combination on Lil g like Brook did, we will see what happened to Quillen happen to Gennady.

Fact of the matter is ggg is not infallible and he has shown flaws throughout his career. He is very talented tho and Danny has flaws of his own. Triple g has the edge but Danny knows how to use his talents

Who has Jacobs beaten in order to have him ranked above those two? I don't think most people who are rooting for Jacobs have actually seen him fight. He's got speed and power but he's not where he needs to be to take on GGG. His last three fights certainly haven't prepared have I'm for this fight.

Jacobs can beat GGG as Jacobs will fight back very hard

Jacobs will fight back with GGG and give a great fight. Rare to see anyone fight back against GGG hard. Jacobs is a tough kid who has faced a tougher foe that GGG in death. GGG might be the most over hyped boxer in history who has yet to be actually tested in a real tough fight. GGG is a russian propaganda hype job which dim witted fight fans got commied and deceived by. GGG is not that great.

Brook had nothing for GGG. Golovkin had no respect for his power. This fight will be more like the Lemieux fight. We'll see GGG more of a boxer
