Comments Thread For: Eubank Jr: Warren Blocking It, He Don't Want me Beating Saunders
Promoter Frank Warren has long claimed that Chris Eubank Jr. (23-1, 18 KOs) has ignored numerous offers for a rematch with WBO middleweight champion Billy Joe Saunders (24-0, 12KOs). [Click Here To Read More]
I do want the rematch to happen and it seems like it makes sense for both guys but BJS, Eubank, Warren all talk so much shit that it's difficult to know what has gone on/what is being offered behind the scenes.
Eubank will beat his ass in a rematch, they both know it.
A raw Eubank almost beat him, the current version would dominate him.
This. Classic strategy. Build up the fight, up and up...so when Sanders is ready for his cash out, he can make money being beat from piller to post by Eubanks.
Pretty shameful, moving out of a division then calling names to sell your ****ty PPV. I liked Eubank JR this time last year but **** him and his antics
I can only imagine how hard the Eubanks are to deal with. Sooner or later they will burn their bridges and no promoters will want to work with them.... they will be squeezed out soon enough, and their will be no top fights for them as none of the top fighters or their promoters will give up any ground to someone who hasn't fought anyone of name and mouths off about the top fighters, weather they want to believe it or not Eubank is still technically only EU/British level, until they give up some ground and fight a big name and beat them, they really have no leg to stand on, and in turn Eubank Jr will be fighting bums while his dad says how world class his son is and how he is worth millions...........can't be the A side when only starting out
