I'm glad you see it my way.

And let me tell you something else. I was actually rooting for Hatton to win this fight. Even as the fight was going on I would post here from time to time last night to say "Hatton let's go kick his ass" LOL. But I just saw the fight as a victory for Collazo in a close fight.

According to the boy who started this thread..basicaly Ricky is a bum cause he beat a strap holder on his debut fight at new weight, but because he didnt totally destroy him, Ricks a bum

Must suck winning bbut not convincing his haters...oh well I see a Gatti fight happening next or Possibly Mayweather fights him next if the DLH fight doesnt go down
No no no.....His skin plays no roll in this one HOMEBOY...And the fact is talks of him being overrated have never been presented in the volume they are now, and have only arisen because of WHAT, WE THE PEOPLE either WHERE LEAD TO BELIVE, or think we have seen! (In hattons previous bouts, tapes whatever)... If you check my proir post on the HATTON V COLLAZO (prebout) i actually thought Hatton would KO Collazo but like many others was lead to believe because of a 41-0 record a TKO over Kosta and a very lack lustered but compiled list of wins, that Ricky THE HITMAN Hatton was an actual TRUE, SKILLS TO PROVE IT CONTENDER TO BEAT PBF (everyone SEEMED to think HATTON was the guy to do it)and his not, i dont even think he could beat Margarito, ODLH, JLC and a handful of others like PREDICTED by the BOXING GODS! (RING MAG, LEDERMAN(HBO), ESPN...)

Hatton was not holding because he was in trouble... He was holding because thats how he fights, just like Ruiz.

I saw this fight and all he did was lunge in with a punch and then clinch.

The truth is wheather you like it or not...

If Hatton was called Luis Hatton and born in Mexicao, Mexicans would be raving about him.

If he was called Bob Hatton...and was born in New york..Americans would be raving about him.

If he was called Manny Hattio and born in manilla....Pinoys would be calling him God.

Im from england..and Hatton was born in Manchester...I love him.

Hatton looked uncomfortable last night, he looked out out of his depth but he is still a quality fighter. He'll never be the best at welterweight so he'll dropped down and be more comfortable.

He'll get his fight with PBF at Junior Welter, then you'll see how good he is.
yeah pbf would put a hurting him, i could see the same thing happening him that happened to gatti

I thought Callazo won the fight, Callazo was too strong for Hatton to just push against the ropes like he did againt KT. After watching Hatton fight KT i figured there is no way he was going to get away with all that ruff housing in the states, the ref did a good job but i was really waiting for him to take a point away from hatton.

Hatton has a poor defence and walks through shoots but he keeps coming back for more. Outworking his opponent, grinding them down and frustrating them.

Gatti has a poor defence too but hes not in the same league as Hatton. From what I've seen of him, hes a slugger and hes entertaining. I enjoyed his fights with Micky Ward.

I'd like to see Hatton face Gatti first, that would be a good test.

Yes, because both Kostya and Arturo have been hated on because of their skin

collazo shouldnt have been given the decision. the reason he lost is because he gave away the middle rounds. i dont see it your way at all. collazo lost a fight that HE should have won but didnt because he was inconsistant. he did not win the fight because of his lack of work and consistancy in the middle of the fight.
the decision that the judges gave was the right one.

                      You are in England right?

So why don't you go down to Ricky's training ground and ask him,
"Is it illegal to move your head, to keep your hands up"

With his chin, he really shouldn't have any excuse to be knocked out, it is only because he leaves his chin so wide open that he has a chance of losing by TKO or KO in the future...most fighters that you see never getting knocked out have a secret, it is called blocking punches, moving with the punch, and moving their head.
