Oscar was the one who tried to say just under 600k but it was an obvious lie. Never trust a coke head. All reliable sources said it was around 400 k and golden boy declined to release the official numbers. Why do you think they would decline to release the numbers? Use simple logic.

Laughing at all reliable sources, there was ONLY 1 source who said it did 400k which has been laughed at by others. And K2 is the one who said 150k another source said 97k. THERE WERE NO OFFICIAL NUMBERS since no independent 3rd party releases this stuff on PPVs. And Golden Boy did release the numbers how the Phuk you think ESPN and other outlets got that figure? I see the game you playing take the highest reported number for GGG but compare it to the lowest reported number for Canelo to try and make the gap between these 2 seem a little bit closer. I say cut the BS and take one outlet and be consistent. ESPN reported 150k for GGG and reported 600k for Khan fight. Both are numbers from sources within each promotion. But you can't parade around 150K reported by ESPN but provided by sources within K2 and then refuse to accept 600K which was reported the same way. So either GGG did 97k and Canelo did 400k or GGG did 150k and Canelo did 600k. You choose either way shows how significantly greater a draw Canelo is.

And it's a fact that the numbers were never released and the ESPN article says as per Golden boy but it says they weren't official numbers. As far as ggg, I never even mentioned his ppv sales. They were trash too but he still is a big enough draw to deserve a ppv cut.

Like I said if you dispute what Golden Boy put out then GGG didn't sell 150k. Then he only did 97K which was put out by sources outside of K2. So 400K compared to 97K means Canelo did 4X greater. When you drawing 4X less then somebody else sorry they call the shots in negotiations NOT you. If we went strictly off PPV sales to determine what they should be paid then GGG should only be 25% (1/4 since that's what he has proven he can draw compared to Canelo). Yet he was offered far greater then that and double or triple his career high payday. Offered 10m to fight Canelo when he and Jabobs combined are getting what 5m for his next fight. GGG/Chavez need Canelo more then the other way around.

We should've condenmed Al and Foreman for going to Congo and give an historical fight to Africa's people, but it was bad, very bad because it should've took place in Amrican Soil where it belonged. Neither fighter speaks Congo's language so why fight in CONGO?
