Yes Barrera/Stevenson would be a good matchup. Or Ward/Barrera. You don't agree, fine. Doesn't change a thing.

We've already seen Ward-Barrera. Wardhas to beat him twice to satisfy you? Are you slow?

Same here. But, if Barrera comes in ready, like he was vs Shabranskyy, maybe we'd have something.

Uh, he lost? Maybe that's indicative of why? SMH

And BTW, are you not aware of the concept of getting better in losing? He fought Ward, leaned some things obviously, will improve next time... both from his experience and what his trainer saw.

So everytime a fighter loses it's because they weren't "ready?" You really are an idiot and no it's not obvious that Barrera would do better in a second fight. That's just your idiotic, biased, agenda.

he was a top contender? the only guy he had fought was an old karo murat. that doesnt scream top contender at all. then he looked trash against ward and people rightfully wrote him off since he showed no passion or spirit. then he fights a guy with zero defense against right hands and he's suddenly back at the top? not so fast i say.

It was either Barrera or Brand who wrote the book on how to beat Ward. Or did you not notice all those uppercuts one of the two either landed or nearly landed, just not as strong as they needed to be. It's the one punch Ward has never learned how to protect himself from. I'm actually surprised Kovalev didn't try that more. Anyway, what does it matter to you what fights I wanna see? What, you're the boxing card police now?

Never said EVERY time, but if you don't think losses many times improve a fighter, you're not much up on the sport then.
