He had around the same viewership as Hopkins. Lomachenko got $1mil & Hopkins got $800k. Roman deserves the $800k he's asking for. He's not asking for an outrageous amount like he did for the Estrada rematch. He hadn't proven to be a seat filler or ratings draw at that point. Now he's proven he's worth what he's asking for. I'm not a fan of Roman or thinks he should be P4P #1 but numbers wise he's asking for a fair purse

Agreed. HBO could pay double for the Cuadras rematch and it'd still be cheaper than their average card. They're trying to fleece Roman and Cuadras just because they're small and don't have powerful promoters
