I don't like the fact that he comes out in the media and says that they are offering peanuts but doesn't state what the amount is. If you are going to speak on it then let it be known otherwise don't say anything at all. It's like us fans don't wanna hear all that bs, make the fight or say there is no fight and both move on like gentlemen. Sh.it is annoying af. Anyway if it is 5 mil, that's not peanuts take it or leave it.

I think Julio/Canelo will actually do pretty well at both the gate and ppv #'s, and that their styles will make a pretty fun fight. I think the GGG offer may have already vanished, GB might have found a safe & lucrative alternative. Now watch, come December '17, Canelo won't be able to make 160 anymore.
If Canelo commits a swerve like the one you guys are describing, after guarateeing the fight, there'll be going back.
Unless of course, GGG does end up moving up in weight.

GGG can go to London and fight BJS instead or Gilberto Rameriz or winner of DeGale/Jack/Smith.

I think 5 mill is a reasonable offer how much did chavez jr make in his last fight or the one before that now he wants to try and get greedy and cash out

K2 are NOTORIOUS for lowballing. Yet suddenly, GBP is the cheapest promoter in town. I'm not even gonna go into the whole "Anybody from 154-168 can get it... But 164 for Ward" debacle. Yet according to the Canelo fanbase. Alvarez trying to enforce Caneloweight, at 168 isn't an issue. Then there's the string of lackluster opponents on both sides.
These two are supposedly the faces of/best in the sport, yet they're both acting in a manner unbecoming of champions, and this will only. Serve to damage the sport in the long run.
AJ is my personal hope for the sport. He knows how to charm the media and through the media, casuals. He's starting to step up his competition by taking on the HW King of the last decade. People can talk about Fury, but Fury isn't a boxer at the moment. And lastly, I can't help but like a professional athlete who treats his body like a pro athlete should. Gym rat, work ethic, always tryna improve.
So I just hope that AJ reaches the heights he promises to reach.
So you are making stuff up. Yes, fighters with promotional issues, or who fear losing, will lowball difficult opponents, and duck. Canelo has done that. But fighters like GGG who are truly the best and don't worry about losing? They are willing to make reasonable offers to get these guys in the ring. More than reasonable. And he has made those offers. People just duck him. Go read Quillin's twitter rant about "why should I face the most dangerous guy GGG when Floyd is making 50 million" fighting nobodies?
That is the type of attitude that is going on with these duckers and if you didn't know that, you need to go look into it and stop blaming GGG for it out of ignorance. He is not like those guys. He has demonstrated time and time again a willingness to make deals to fight any of these guys. Even offering to fight for free to get that exposure. Who else has offered to fight for free in a world title fight? Just GGG in recent memory. So again, research this stuff before you say GGG lowballs people. He definitely doesn't. There are some fans who thought Jacobs deserved 40% just because... magic! They don't realize how boxing works. BHop just got 800k to Joe Smith Jr's 140k. That's like an 80/20 split to fight someone in BHop who only sold 6k tickets last night. But BHop got 80%... meanwhile GGG is selling out 20,000 ticket venues, Jacobs can't even sell out half his hometown venue Barclays, but Jacobs deserves 40% when Smith Jr., who does sell out his local venues, gets 20%?
Like I said, people need to really learn how these things work before just saying stuff. GGG's team are very fair negotiators. They negotiated Klitschko-Fury and now Klitschko-Joshua with no problems too. If someone actually wants to fight GGG or Klitschko, they will get a fair deal. It's just no one wanted to fight GGG until now. What, you think suddenly more guys are calling out GGG because all of a sudden, GGG started to negotiate fairly only just now? Nah man you know better. Their offers haven't changed, it's just that GGG is turning 35 now. That's what's really changed. So it all comes down to whether these guys think they can survive a fight with GGG. They were too scared before, but now that he's 35, they think they have a shot. That's all it is. Nothing to do with lowballing or anything like that. The offers were always more than fair. They just didn't want anything to do with GGG until now.
Like Froch said, GGG hits like a mule. "Swerve him like the plague."

Alvarez is now officially a sideshow embarrassment.
Offering Kirkland and Chavez Jr. as PPV attractions is a triumph of greed, not sport.
