Golovkin started late as a pro and hasn't had any tough fights, he should be good for another few years. Injuries are the only thing that could impact him suddenly.

Sergio was perfectly fine in the Chavez fight and looked great, it was the knee damage in round 12 that ruined his career.

Doesn't have anything to do with the supposed not tough fights. Has everything to do with AGE. Stop that myth of "not having tough fights, then he's fresh". He has like 40 full camps for fights with training and sparring and almost 400 amateur fights and you think he's fresh like a 20 years old guy?

Sergio was using bandage on the knees before the Chavez jr fight and his trainner told the media that he had knee issues in 2011. There's even a documentary on the life of his trainner in which his trainner mentions Sergio had knee issues when he went to spain being just 28 years old. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIKYqT9z8bo

I also had problems with my right knee, although this is a very old injury. Right now, I’m being treated by Dr. Ángel Villamor, who is the personal doctor of the King of Spain, and with his treatment I think I will be ready at 100% for my next fight.

I'm not implying anything. It's what happened.

He suffered a torn meniscus in round 12 which required multiple surgeries and never recovered. From then on he was done, wasn't medically cleared to even spar, etc...

I'm not talking about guys that used PEDs like Floyd. Steroids and EPO. Sorry, you're right, his blood injections were vampire facials, as he said.

Tough fight unquestionably age fighters. The wear and tear of camps tends to result in injuries, the accumulation of damage sustained in fights takes a major toll. Golovkin isn't a speed guy either, he's a power punching pressure fighter...age won't impact his style and he's had no tough fights to accumulate much damage.

Sergio had no performance decrease until after the knee injury against Chavez, in fact he looked as good as ever. Having a nagging issue that isn't hurting performance isn't a big deal, a major injury that basically destroys your career is.

You're just trying to create a built in excuse if Gokovkin loses a fight.

Comparing a JMW fight with a WW fight? I see. Look at his veins in the Marquez fight. Unreal PEDs there.
