Floyd's offer was for $40m to Pacquiao; there's no possible way that Manny Pacquiao made anywhere near $120m on the fight [$460m on PPV, less the share to the operators/distributors, at the 40% share would end up $90m-$95m going to Top Rank, who would then have to split that between Arum and Pacquiao; Pacquiao's share of that (less the advances fronted by Arum) and I doubt that Pacquiao even ended up getting $40m off of the PPV]

The thing is that if Canelo does not fight GGG that ghost will hunt him for the rest of his career, fans will keep shoving it , that fight is what the fans want to see, and what the fans are willing to pay for, not Canelo fighting on handicapped matches made for him to win, we like to see competitive fights, like to see boxers struggle to win. Nothing that de la Hoya has done with Canelo.
