I used to be a fan of Ward. However, I must admit that his talk of retirement instead of facing Kovalev in a rematch sounds su****ious. It seems that, after Ward established himself after the Super 6 tournament, he has followed the Danny Garcia/GGG/Canelo/Deontay Wilder blueprint of fighting as many soup cans as he can get away with.
