Terence is a squarely in his prime light WW beast, clearly one of the best P4P fighters in the world right now. Pacquiao meanwhile looked as pedestrian as we've ever seen him in a tough, very hard fought win over pretty good but far from great Jessie Vargas.

Crawford is a full level above a Jessie Vargas...even Pac can't best Father Time. I don't think he can find that extra gear anymore that it would take to beat a peak Terence Crawford.
Yeah this post summarizes my point of view on the issue as well. Pac's punches thrown total are declining with every fight, despite level of opposition. He throw about 30 fewer punches at Vargas than at Bradley during their 3rd fight. This on top of almost no real combination punching.

I became a believer of him when he beat Postol. I thought he was just a guy who dominated a much smaller Gamboa.

I hope he fights Pacquiao next year. And Arum needs to make that fight happen.

Both Bradley and Cotto are still active.
Yea, not even one of the 2nd generation p4ps (commoner's p4p): GGG, Amir Khan, Kovalev, Ward.

Again, that's all the guy in your avatar is known for. Crawford has a better resume. Deal with it.

How does a much smaller Gamboa have him in trouble?

I don't think he's overrated. He is a very good fighter and clearly the best at 140. He's definitely a top level fighter but we'll see if he's elite or not if he goes to 147 and fights the top guys there.

He's still lucky Gamboa was a midget compared to him though.
