No. He's not overrated. Highly skilled. His competition is waiting at 147. When he fights someone with pulse and not win...I don't want to hear he was overrated. The man can fight.

He's not being massively hyped and he is very good IMO with a solid resume. I think most have him somewhere in or near their top ten, and I wouldn't argue, so not really overated, no, unless you're trying to claim he's P4P #1 or something.

ODLH is bad example 10 years removed from fighting at that lower weight. Not a spectacular feat. More of a spectacular miscalculation by ODLH. Pacs biggest wins all have * next to them as they were coming off big losses. Margarito had just been KO'd by Mosely. Mosley was just old when they fought coming off draw with Mora and loss to Mayweather. Raheem destroyed Morales before their 2nd / 3rd fight. Clottey had just lost to Cotto. Vargas one fight removed from losing to Bradley. Rios had just lost to Alvarado. Cotto 2 fights removed from Cheatarito clubbing him into submission. Oscar Larios has just been KO'd by Israel Vazquez. Hatton 2 fights removed from being KO'd by Mayweather. See Terence is getting that hall of fame promotion Pac got. Why does anyone not point out how blatant and unflattering Pac's cherry picking record is. Fought guys on their decline or coming off a brutal loss, with limited lateral movement, and if they had any power at a catch weight.
