If Spence Jr. executes his plans, in that order, Pacquiao will be retired by then. Arum says Manny wants 2 fights in 2017, then he retires. Arum is already trying to set-up a fight for Jeff Horn (a.k.a. the new Algieri) for late 2017, so my suggestion for Spence Jr. is to change the order. Brook first, then Pacquiao! I highly doubt Arum/Roach will let Spence Jr. fight Pacquiao. If TC is a problem they don't want, they really don't want that work from Spence Jr.!
