Wouldn't this fight require Mikey going down a weight class and Lomachenko moving up yet another weight class?
Pretty sure they're separated by two weight classes, it's a dream fight to have but I'd say both men should stay very active this year try to get three fights in for 2017 maybe have a clash between the two in 2018 or the final fight of 2017.

Lomachenko has unfinished business with Saldio and maybe also Gary Russell Jr, personally I'd rather just see the Salido rematch with another belt holder in his current division one of the top 5 guys maybe a Vargas or even just a high profile name, taking the belts off of Sosa means nothing because we already know that guy is protected and should have lost already.

If he offers Mikey withing a 1 to 2 million then he really should be taking that offer up but it depends on the stipulations to make the fight they are separated by a good bit of weight.
It all depends on what weight the fight happens at and If that person can make that weight good enough without putting himself at too much of a disadvantage.
