Four years later Pacquiao is still competing at a high level and just recently won another world title. What's Marquez up to nowadays? Funny how he stopped fighting soon as random drug testing started becoming more commonplace... oh, how the mighty have fallen.

Lots of nicknames. Mexicans also do it, Gordo, Flaco, chapo, etc.

JMM is older than PAC. PAC picked up an irrelevant title from the weakest WW out there. Low KO percentage guy. He cherry picked. Let's see PAC unify the WW division, like Floyd did.

We weren't even sure if Pacquiao is going to be fighting at world level after that KO! And they just want him to get on with Thurman just shows how great Pacquiao is for the standards are so high that it is beyond the realm of human physicality.
anyone with common sense and knows the sport, like yourself knows this. But some people lol just cant understand it. They also cant comprehend that a fighter a decade ago isnt the same fighter a decade later. Although he is still a top elite fighter some things do diminish over time. Also a fighter changes his style up over the years. Sadly some ignorant people cant grasp that

Pac had a great run. None of us are the same 10 years later. JMM is older than PAC. JMM needed to retire just like Sergio Martinez did when he lost to cotto. Marines lacked mobility, so does JMM.

The weakest WW out there? Out there among whom? Vargas definitely wasn't the best welter out there but if you think he was/is the weakest, then you may need to brush up on your boxing knowledge a little bit, man. Vargas was a consensus top ten in the world welterweight. If Manny fighting a top ten in the world welter is a "cherry pick", at 38 years old no less, then that just goes to show how great the guy is and what kind of incredible standard he's held to. Not to mention Vargas was coming off the best win of his career by stopping a very highly regarded up and comer in Sadam Ali.

Was there better welters out there? Sure. But saying that Vargas is "the weakest out there" is comical.

The future owner will change it anyway.
