I said it before and I'll say it again: Brook is not going to fight Spence. He will vacate if it comes down to that. He is trying to get a payday vs. Pac. That is why he hasn't vacated. If Pac will fight him, then Brook would most likely be allowed to keep his title and have a unification fight with Pac, If Pac chooses someone else, Brook will vacate and move up to 154. He was scared to fight Chaves, do you really think he will fight Spence???

What exactly are you trying to argue here? What does this have to do with anything here? What are you trying to prove? Besides you trolling and lacking boxing knowledge.Comment

I think Brook vs Spence is happening. Kell's obviously going to have a very hard time making weight and against one of the best body punchers in boxing, that's going to cost him.
I see Brook winning some early rounds, but once his power and sharpness starts fading, I think Spence finds his way inside and breaks him down. Spence is a much cleaner inside fighter than Shawn, he's a lot more accurate, hits harder and he's bigger, probably even bigger than Brook. Brook also hasn't got the legs to stay away from Spence, he's too immobile.Comment

Before the GGG fight he made a lot of comments like this :
'....Brook has opened up about mental and physical torment he used to endure to make the 147lb welterweight limit as he prepares to step up to middleweight. He also said he would probably never fight at welterweight again, meaning he is unlikely to longer defend his IBF title.....'
He said an awful lot about his torment hitting 147 previously. I don't know what weight he went up to before GGG, but it was a lot, and at the final weigh-in he was close to 160 and looked like he didn't have an ounce of fat on him. To get back to 147 from there is going to be tough for him, and I can't see him hitting 147 again at the same level of competitiveness he was before.
He will be able to make 147 on determination alone, and I've no doubt he'll do it right (take note Suanders), but I really believe he will be weakened to the point where Spence or Thurman easily take him, even Garcia.
His summary of the 160 weight class:
“...I feel strong; I feel like I’ve never felt before. I’ve grown and put muscle on. I’ve been draining myself to make 147 for years. I feel more natural, more comfortable at this weight....'Comment
