There's nothing to buy. Amateur and pro weight classes are totally different. Are you ****** or something palooka?
Ward eat like a horse just to make 165 in the Olympics.
He even had fights at 160 during his early years as a professional.

Is Saunders a big name in England? Doesn't appear to be.
No, not really. He has some support from the football crowd because he likes a beer or two, but really he's mostly unknown outside of fight fans. We're under absolutely no impression that he could ever beat GGG, and wouldn't expect him to take the fight in the first place.

I think that's an eventuality. Golovkin's mission right now is to clean out the MW division. He may have to move up sooner than later though. There's no one in his division that is willing to fight him.

I really think at this point you should just not post here anymore. I'm being serious, you only look ******, golovkins reputation is slowly declining, along with his fans base. The bottom line is they ducked Ward. Indeed Ward was very classy about it and has said "all they had to say is we don't want the fight", no trash talk or any of that stuff. I don't think Ward has anything against golovkin, Loeffler and Sanchez have managed to **** that up all on their own. They wanted 164 to have a slim chance of winning the fight, because golovkin was going to get his azz beat, and embarrassed which is the bottom line.

          • It's true they never said no to Ward at 168. But they did say 164. Which is where negotiations start. Why are some of you too dense to understand this? They would have agreed to 168 for ward if he came off 50/50 on money. It's negotiating fellas. Use your brains.

Whats there to clean out? He already has all the major belts.. Is he going to waste another year of his career waiting for Saunders.. Who cares about Saunders . His next fight is being held in a gym in Scotland.
Saunders is going to hog that belt for as long as he likes anyway and the WBO will allow him as they are not impressing with Golovkins mission of avoiding anybody with a pulse while he preys on lower weight guys.

If there's no top names in your division , there's nothing to clear out. End of.

I post less and less as it is, because you fanboy types lack basic comprehension skills, and it actually becomes rather tiresome trying to explain simple concepts like "negotiation", "leverage", and "market realities".

"but but but but Ward doe" is more your speed......

Saying 164 or no fight is the same as saying 'no thanks'

Saying we have an obligation to face a dog pound of mutts instead is the same as saying 'no thanks'

Ward is not my favorite fighter, I respect Ward because he's willing to take risks to be great. I do not respect golovkin because he is not willing to do the same. There's so many better fighters that are worth the payday than golovkin. He's now looked old in his last 2 fights and will be losing as soon as he steps up, or fights anyone a weight class above unless he gets on some ariza shakes.
