Bull****
Arum knows what a happens if he makes this fight. Lomanchenko gets beat. The guy is skilled, but he already has a loss. Definitely capable of being beaten and he has thus far fought nobody. For the record, I don't dislike the fighter. But I'm not impressed either.Last edited by gabossboy; 11-28-2016, 10:54 PM.Comment

I like Rigo but he would have no chance himself. Too small. Too inactive. too old. Just one of those 3 negatives would cause issues - but all three of them - no chance.Indeed. To hell with Arum. Rigo vs Loma is the best fight in boxing to make right now. Once in a lifetime. Arum doesnt give a **** about the sport of boxing, the love of the sport...he just wants to throw Loma in with guys that will be easy targets.
Loma needs to press Arum for this, there is no other way, because Arum will be happy to feed Loma Salido or someone else with no chance.Comment

Typical Arum BS when he knows his fighter would lose he talks like no one would want to see it.
Rigo is undefeated for a reason he would shut loma out easly.Comment

I thought Loma was a coward for even thinking about fighting Rigo? Isn't that what everyone was saying last year? Even though Rigo was the one talking all of that BS.
Loma is a coward for calling out Rigo and he should be calling out Walters but he's too scared to fight Walters.
That's all I was hearing last year.Comment

The catch is this. Rigo vs any of the top fighters would be a main event. The problem is no one would put up the money for such a main event and so Rigo has to fight in other countries or undercards. The money it would take to pay for Lom vs Rigo would require a large audience and Rigo cannot draw a large audience and the fight would not be promotable to make a profit no matter who Rigo fights. Ortiz vs Scott required no huge outlay of money and promotion. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Rigo is a special talent but his services don't come for free, nor any top fighter against him. I hope he gets a big fight but with Arum dumping him and Hayman turning him away, there is not much left. It's a crime against him, really.Last edited by richardt; 11-28-2016, 11:23 PM.Comment

Yeah now it's a "****" fight when it comes to actually facing a world class p4p athlete who will likely beat Loma. Arum wouldn't waste anytime putting Loma in there with old timers who are past their prime or someone who's been out of the ring for nearly a year though. Why not a rematch with Salido?Last edited by DonutHunter; 11-28-2016, 11:31 PM.Comment

Funny how people haven't replied to the two comments I left.
I see what's going on here. People are just trying to make Loma look bad.
Rigo had his opportunity last year and he didn't take it. Rigo talked crap about Loma for years and when Loma finally decided to reply he had no answers. And now he wants to talk about the fight again since it probably won't happen. Loma is at 130.
Also, notice whoever is tweeting for Rigo keeps mentioning a catchweight. LOL.Comment
