It would be a no win situation either way. Rigo is too small and would get beat up by a younger, bigger and fresher guy. Loma would get no credit for that exact reason.

Rigo fighting Loma right now would be a very bad move. the size difference is too much. It would be like Loma jumping up to fight Crawford. There is a real size difference. Brook vs Golovkin anyone?

I truly respect Rigo, i study him frequently and i watch his olympic fights all the time, but can you tell me that he wasn't conformist and egoistical in his fights against Agbeko and the guy in the Cotto-Canelo undercard?.
He is putting himself in that position by going 12 against guys he can stop in one.
