I would honestly love to see if the Rigo fight could be made ..that would be epic...If not then i would go after Salido and if Oscar did not want to make the Vargas fight i would go to 135 and go right after Linares if possible, if not Robert Easter would be easy work for Loma
Lomas next move if you were his manger

would basically come down to how big a star you think that Lomachenko could be
At 28, without real one-punch power, and English skills that are currently lacking, do you and the camp believe that Lomachenko can become a bankable draw?
If you do, you take Lomachenko to NYC (largest metro area in the US with Ukranian/Eastern Europeans), build a residency for him at the Madison Square Garden Theater (with eyes towards moving to the big room) and match him solid (Salido, Sosa, Farmer, Gamboa, Verdejo).
If you don't, you stage Lomachenko on whatever shows Top Rank can get (the HBO spigot isn't all that open, especially with the pulling of Pacquiao and Top Rank not really having anyone else just yet), and put on the most compelling "rep" fights until something catches (vs Rigo on Pacquiao's next card, short money to bring over one of the Japanese champions, etc)Comment

I would make the Salido rematch just so his loss could be avenged and put behind him officially.
Personally I don't have much doubt he would win a wide decision in a rematch but I guess you never know until their in the ring.Comment

Beat up Salido then move up. There are some really solid options at 135. Terry, Linares, Garcia, and Gamboa.Comment

Salido rematch asap, as I think salido could get beat by someone else and lose the luster off the rematch..
Then vargas or another belt holder at 130 over the summer
Next fall fight gamboa is a battle of gold medalists
After that I would target 135 or crawford/manny unless another major fight opens up at 130Last edited by Sugar Adam Ali; 11-29-2016, 02:48 AM.Comment
