actually we do. ..think of every fight labeled "fight of the year", guaranteed somebody got hurt in it. if walters quit because he didn't wanna get hurt maybe he should retire.

Boxing is a sport and after the fight any right thinking human wants to see these guys continue with their lives. Too many fighters end up in a comma from accumulated punishment, what's the use of continuing in a fight if you have no chance and are getting hurt? The corner is there to protect their fighters. Will you change his diapers if he gets paralysed?

The WORST label a fighter can have is the dreaded "Quitter" label. The Duran/Leonard fight was before my time so I don't know what happened. But most of the ppl who do know him know him more as the "No Mas" man then what he did in the ring.

I blame the media for that.
